Burgess Investigations and Information Services is based in Redding, CA. We specialize in Court ordered Child Custody Recommending Counseling( CCRC) mediation, Probate Investigations, Loss Scene Inspections, tenant background investigations, Knock and Talks, Employment Background Investigations, witness locating and statement retrievals, and more. Not only do we have over 10 years of investigative/interviewing experience, our primary investigator/owner and operator, Stacy Burgess, has a Master’s degree and has worked with the Superior Courts since 2017. For many years Stacy has worked closely with Law Enforcement, Health and Human Services, Public Defenders, District Attorneys, etc., building a network of communication enabling her to gather information others may not be able to retrieve. Our team has the knowledge and experience to complete your investigation with integrity, confidentiality and, thoroughness. Our goal is to get information to our clients as expeditiously as possible without sacrificing quality and integrity. Our investigators are licensed with the State of California through the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services(BSIS). We are fully insured and bonded as well. Our investigators are members of multiple state level organizations such as; The California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI), The California Association of Superior Court Investigators (CASCI), as well as, up to date on the latest legislation and regulations in the industry. We use registered and bonded process servers who are experienced and successful in their services. We pride ourselves in keeping our clients updated at all times, providing timely reports, factual and thorough reports, all the while, maintaining the utmost level of confidentiality for our clients.
